Keynote presentations09:50-10:30

Panel 1: Circularity in a linear world: Adaptation or Transformation?10:30-11:45

The panel brings key actors to the forefront to discuss whether the transition to a circular economy can be achieved by adjusting the current legislative framework – EPR, eco-modulated taxation, eco-design – or whether a radical shift is needed in the way we design, produce, and regulate.

Panel 2: Building collaborative solutions in a working circular ecosystem11:45-12:30

This panel brings together representatives from the private sector, public authorities, and international organizations to highlight how a circular ecosystem can function when suppliers, producers, and recyclers cooperate. Participants will explore examples of partnerships that reduce waste, valorize resources, and generate viable circular business models. The discussions will emphasize technological innovations and how collaboration across the value chain can accelerate the transition toward a competitive circular economy.

Lunch break & Networking12:30-13:30
Panel 3: Local communities as models of circularity and waste reduction13:30-14:30
