Hereby, AO "E-CIRCULAR" Training and Consulting Center, as project implementer "Developing the capacities of AO E-Circular in the development and provision of CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAMS for ADULTS towards a more efficient transition to a green economy" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), invites you to submit your price offer for the following services:

1Content development, design and printing of information materials (leaflets and calendars) 200 pcsThe necessary content will be prepared for the development of information leaflets and 2023 calendars with the promotion of the developed training programs. These materials will be distributed to the participants at the event dedicated to the completion of the project.
2Verification, preparation and formatting of the set of documents required to be submitted to ANACEC for 4 training programs: Responsible for waste management; Environmental manager; Locksmith for aqueduct networks; Locksmith for sewage networks.4 files4 Files prepared for submission to ANACEC will be checked according to the requirements of the External Quality Assessment Methodology for provisional operation authorization and accreditation of study programs according to GD no. 616/2016
3Training and instructions on managing, placing content on the educational platform for course program trainers. 6 monthsBased on the configured educational platform, operating instructions for this platform will be developed and training for trainers on content placement will be organized. The cost of the service will also include platform management support for trainers for a period of 6 months

Tenderer selection criteria:

  • The legal entity registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Correspondence of the offered product with the indicated characteristics;
  • The lowest price for the service that corresponds to the minimum selection criteria;
  • Delivery date.

The application file will include:

  • The commercial offer, which will include the price in MDL, with the "0" VAT rate, the delivery term. The commercial offer must be valid for 30 days from the date of the deadline for submission of offers;
  • Bank data, including the name of the bank, the bank code and the account number in MDL;
  • Copy of the company registration certificate / extract from the state register of legal entities.

Application of files:

  • The application files will be sent in electronic format, to the e-mail with the mention "Support services price offer" or on paper at Capriana str. 50, ASEM Business Centru, Bloc 2, bir. 202;
  • The price of the products indicated in the offer is presented in local currency/MDL and will not include VAT (zero-rate VAT);
