Hereby, AO Training and Consulting Center "E-CIRCULAR", as implementer of the project "Development of the capacities of AO E-Circular in the development and provision of CONTINUOUS TRAINING PROGRAMS for ADULTS towards a more efficient transition to a green economy" financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), invites you to submit your price offer for the following services:

Tenderer selection criteria:
- Expert or legal person registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
- The lowest price for the service that corresponds to the minimum selection criteria;
- Delivery date.
The application file will include:
- The commercial offer, which will include the price in MDL, with the "0" VAT rate, the delivery term. The commercial offer must be valid for 30 days from the date of the deadline for submission of offers;
- Bank data, including the name of the bank, the bank code and the account number in MDL;
- Copy of the identity card or copy of the company registration certificate.
