Waste Management in RMD 5,8 and 1

This Data Panel is elaborated on the basis of waste management data, collected and analyzed from 3 waste management regions: RMD 5 (Ungheni, Nisporeni, Călărași), RMD 8 (Edineț, Briceni, Ocnița, Donduseni) and RMD 1 (Cahul, Cantemir, Taraclia, Comrat, Vulcanesti, Ceadîr-Lunga). The panel is made within the "Strategic Communication on Waste Management" Project implemented by E-Circular and EcoVisio with the financial support of Sweden.

This resource provides access to detailed data on sanitation services, the provision of the necessary infrastructure, the level of information of citizens, applicable taxes and tariffs, as well as contact information of local public authorities. The tool is designed to support central and local authorities, project implementing organizations, funders, other local organizations and citizens in making informed decisions and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of waste management at community level. By promoting transparency and accessibility of information, the panel aims to encourage the adoption of sustainable waste management practices and contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment for all!
