Hereby, AO E-CIRCULAR Training and Consulting Center as the beneficiary of the grant for the implementation of the project "Give up PLASTIC: Informed communities with less waste generated", financed by the National Environmental Fund, intends to use part of the funds for the purchase of services for the development of Thematic Guides and informational content dedicated to the Plastic-Free July 2024 Campaign. In this sense, you are invited to send your price offer taking into account the following specifications:

4	Development of informational content for the July Without Plastic campaign	Informational materials developed monthly for Social Media posts 4 Articles for publication on the web page e-circular.org and in Waste Management Magazine 2 Press releases

Tenderer selection criteria:

The legal entity registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
Correspondence of the offered product with the indicated characteristics;
The lowest price for the service that corresponds to the minimum selection criteria;

The application file will include:

The commercial offer, which will include the price in MDL, including VAT. The commercial offer must be valid for 20 days from the deadline for submission of offers;
